We understand that life requires more flexibility right now. When planning for travel, you can do so confidently due to the following updates to our booking and cancellation terms.

Currently, guests traveling from countries with a Level 3 designation from the CDC with reservations at Staypineapple hotels may cancel without penalty through June 30, 2020. For the latest listing please visit the CDC travel information website.

Guests who need to cancel an Advance Purchase, non-refundable reservation that was booked directly with Staypineapple arriving before December 30, 2020, may cancel and receive 100% of the value in credit toward a future stay at any Staypineapple hotel.

We have adjusted our cancellation policy for new reservations as well, so you can rest assured with maximum flexibility. Simply cancel by 4pm day of arrival for any reservations booked at Staypineapple between now and March 31, 2021.
