Portland Rose Festival Returns to Waterfront Park

One of Portland’s most historic and time-honored events - The Portland Rose Festival - returns for its 115th year starting on Friday, May 26. Portlanders and visitors alike can enjoy the festival’s big events like the Grand Floral Parade, Starlight Parade, Junior Parade, CityFair and Fleet Week.
