Suggested:

Queens of the Stone Age (Jan 25th / Key Arena)

Are you one of those people wondering where all the good rock n’ roll went? Well, Queens of the Stone Age would like to entertain you. One of the last great rock bands to be doing it on the regular, they’ll be turning their amps up to 11 on January 25th at Key Arena. $69+

Lewis Black (Jan 21st, 22nd / Moore Theater)

Whether you’ve been a fan through the years or know him through his random monologues on The Daily Show, Lewis Black is certainly a man of the times. His shaking finger and frustrated tone will certainly be present over the course of two shows at The Moore. $56+

Seattle Boat Show (Jan 26th - Feb 3rd / Multiple locations)

Nine days, three locations, and plenty of boats are making this one of the largest iterations of this classic Seattle event in its history. Adult ticket - $15

Sip and slam your way through some of the best bourbon and food in the #PNW with Portland’s 3rd Annual Bourbon & Bacon Fest! You’ll get tastes of bourbon from distilleries large and small and tastes of bacon from tried-and-true to ways you’d never expect!  $40

Josh Ritter (Jan 24th / Crystal Ballroom)

American singer / songwriter Josh Ritter is bringing his Leonard Cohen inspired folk music to Portland’s iconic Crystal Ballroom. $60+

St. Vincent (Jan 20th / Keller Auditorium)

Suggested:

SF Restaurant Week (Jan 22nd -31st / Many locations)

The Wombats (Jan 27th / Fillmore)

The best of British synth-pop stop in San Francisco as they make their way up the coast. Catch the trio for soaring melodies and cracking choruses. $41+

Broken Lizard (Jan 20th / Cobb's Comedy Club)

Your favorite Super Troopers, Beerfest contestants, and sure there were a couple other movies but hey SUPER-TROOPERS will be doing sketch comedy live on stage. Sounds like a night full of shenanigans.

SAN DIEGO

Events

Concerts

Suggested:

Farmers Insurance Open (Jan 25-28 / Torrey Pines - La Jolla)

Enjoy some of the world’s top golfers in arguably one of the more scenic regular venues during the PGA tour’s schedule. Young upstart Jon Rahm won the tournament in dramatic fashion on Sunday, but catching action during practice rounds and on Thursday and Friday are often the best chances to get close to the players. $25+

Big Boi (Jan 18th / The Observatory)

One half of Outkast, Big Boi is still a formidable MC and showman without his counterpart Andre 3000. Remember, their huge album Speakerboxx was a split album with each dominating their own opus. Big Boi will surely perform some of those hits along with a few other favorites. $71+

The Killers with Alex Cameron (Jan 30th / Valley View Casino)

The rejuvenated rockers are back on tour supporting a new album with frontman Brandon Flowers riding high after a solid solo effort. C’mon, you know you want to scream Mr. Brightside like Cameron Diaz in The Holiday. $12+!
