Our brand pillar, The Naked Experience, is built on the idea that everything that touches you is clean. Our current daily cleaning protocols and hospital-grade cleaning products enable our guests to feel at home and have confidence when they choose a Staypineapple hotel.
But things can always be improved, so we are launching an elevated cleaning and sanitation initiative throughout our portfolio of 10 hotels across the nation.
Here are some of the additional measures we will be adding to our already high standards:
Zero Contact Guest Experience - From check-in to check-out a guest will not be required to come in contact with any hotel team members.
Zero contact check-in means that physical distancing and disinfecting protocols are in place so you only touch sanitized surfaces and your own stuff.
Zero Contact Room Refresh means the choice is yours! We are offering you 3 different housekeeping options: full-service, door drop delivery, or both.
Zero contact check-out means no need to visit the front desk upon departure. Call the front desk to advise you are leaving, ensure we have your email address on file and we’ll send you a receipt.
Stayclean Staypineapple Room Seal - the application of this seal on the guest room door will indicate that the room is sanitized and ready for guests. This is what we will do before that seal can be put in place.
We deep clean and disinfect all high touch areas in guest rooms with Procter & Gamble CDC certified disinfectants.
We use a sanitizing mist sprayer that will apply disinfectant to the entire room between each stay. Even the drawers and closets are pristine.
Linens and towels are sealed for your safety prior to delivery from the laundry to the guest room.
All of the coffee goodies and other in-room essentials are safety-sealed.
Disinfecting wipes are placed in the guest rooms for your use.
All Non-essential items are simply removed from the room, but are always available upon request through our “Everything Button”.
Procter & Gamble Company Certified Team Members - this is an important step in comprehensive training and education on the prevention of virus transmission, including Covid-19.
Our hotel team members will complete an extensive certification training program through Procter & Gamble detailing the use of chemicals, processes, and equipment to thoroughly and safely clean and sanitize all areas of our hotels.
Extra details to make you extra safe - you can never be too careful!
Our hotel team members are wearing personal protective equipment, including masks and gloves.
We are also asking guests to wear a mask for their own protection as well as that of others in common areas of the hotel. If you don’t have one, we can provide one upon arrival.
We’ve placed hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel including elevator banks for hotel guests and team members to have easy access.
All of our lobbies and public spaces are sanitized regularly. Seating has been reconfigured and there is signage so you don’t have to guess how far six feet is.
With health and safety being a top priority for our guests and our team members, we are striving to continue to earn the trust of our guests through these additional rigorous protocols.
